Justin Teman took a walk along Fort Point Channel this morning, at least, the part that wasn't flooded.
In October, the city released a plan to protect South Boston from an anticipated 3 1/2-food rise in Boston Harbor levels by 2070 that would include raising the Harborwalk along the channel and creating new berms to hold back some of the water and new, terraced fields that could absorb flood waters - and could double as parkland on drier days.
