UPDATE: The DA's office reports Capuzzo was not arraigned today. He instead faces a clerk's hearing to determine whether authorities have probable cause for a criminal complaint. A date has not yet been set for that hearing.
Michael Capuzzo, 20, of South Boston is scheduled for arraignment today for his alleged involvement in a Red Line brawl that sent a man to the hospital, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office reports.
Capuzzo is no stranger to law enforcement.
On New Year's Eve, 2011, he allegedly sliced up five people at a Milton home when he and about 30 of his friends were denied entrance to a New Year's party there.
Capuzzo has yet to come to trial on those charges.
The Suffolk DA's office says he also is awaiting trial in South Boston District Court on a charge of illegal weapons possession.
Four other suspects were arraigned on Monday for allegedly stomping a man on a train entering Broadway and several Rhode Island teenagers who tried to come to the man's aid.
Innocent, etc.
