The Boston Fire Department reports a fire broke out in the partially demolished Anthony's Pier 4 around 1:30 a.m.
The two-alarm fire sent one firefighter to the hospital with an ankle injury.
The cause of the fire, which the department attacked with both hoses from streetside hydrants and a fire boat, remains under investigation.
The restaurant, which closed in 2013, is being torn down to make way for a waterside park to go with a new residential building on the pier.
