The FBI's Bank Robbery Task Force reports two South Boston banks were robbed over the past month by a 6' white guy with "dark stubble" on his face.
On Jan. 23, Stubble Man hit the Mt. Washington Bank branch in Andrew Square.
On Tuesday, the Eastern Bank branch on West Broadway was robbed by a stubbly individual.
