Transit Police report arresting a Quincy man on a charge of indecent assault and battery for a July incident on the Red Line.
Ronei Souza, 28, of Quincy, was arrested at South Station around 12:45 p.m. after a Transit Police sergeant noticed him, police say. He's expected to be arraigned tomorrow in South Boston District Court.
