Capt. John Greland at District C-6 reports that on Wednesday, a resident of Gates Street near E. 8 reported one of his windows had been broken by a golf ball, that his skylight had also been hit, but not damaged, and that there were now several golf balls lying in his backyard.
The house is nowhere near either of the city's two golf courses.
Greland says:
If anybody has an address of the golfer please call the station and we'll pay them a visit.
